Shining through fatigue

Do you have tired, dark-ringed, or puffy eyes? There’s an easy solution using chamomile flowers. Prepare a strong chamomile infusion and let it cool. You can even make it the night before! Soak two cotton balls in the chamomile infusion and place them over your eyes for a few minutes to restore that sparkle to your gaze!

For a sensation of freshness, add a generous quantity of Marcelle Soothing Eye Make-up Remover Gel on two cotton disks and apply these compresses to your eyelids 7 to 10 minutes.

Want something even easier? Alternate the pose of compresses of cold water and of warm water on the outline of your eyes. The area around your eyes is particularly vulnerable to the signs of fatigue. By softly stimulating the area with compresses or even a very soft cloth, you can promote microcirculation and decongestion.

Ice cubes are another good solution. Wrap one ice cube for each eye in a washcloth and place them over your eyes for 4 or 5 minutes. Blueberry water also has powerful softening and decongestant properties. Available in pharmacies, blueberry water is made by steam distilling blueberry flowers. Soak cotton balls in blueberry water and apply to your eyes for 5 to 10 minutes.
