Easy tips to lustrous lips

Soft as silk lips are your to have by exfoliating twice a week . Use a soft bristle toothbrush (set aside for just this purpose) immersed in lukewarm water to gently brush on lips in a circular motion. Follow with a generous coat of lip balm. 

You can also hydrate your lips as soon as you step out of the shower by applying a moisturizing lip balm. When ready to apply makeup, simply remove any excess lip balm with a tissue to ensure maximum lipstick hold.

Keep the outlines of your mouth looking young by applying an anti-wrinkle treatment morning and night. Apply generously all around your mouth area.

Apply Lipstick Like a Pro:

Correct the outline of your lips using the natural matte shade of beige from Marcelle’s Corrector Palette. Fill in fine lines by gently patting colour with your fingertips. This way the lipstick will hold better and won’t bleed into fine lines.
For flawless lips, apply lipstick with a thin lipstick brush. Then correct with a lip liner in a similar shade.

Add a Little Volume!

Add volume to your lips by tracing a very fine line above the lip outline with beige lip liner. Or, combine two lip colours to create the illusion of plumpness. For example, apply an orangey-red shade in the middle of your lips already covered with darker base shade, or add a touch of gloss smack-dab in the middle of matte red lips.

Picture Perfect Pout:

To correct bleeding, remove excess lipstick colour by rolling an applicator stick (Q-tip) along the outline of your mouth. You can then cover any remaining lip colour with a little foundation.
