Use the Wet & Dry Eye Shadow Quad in Blue Moon.

Apply the white eye shadow to the entire eyelid and sweep in the inner corner of the eye.

Apply the silver shade to the centre of the eyelid and high into the crease. Then sweep underneath the eye.

Apply the medium blue to the outer corner of the eyelid and blend outwards and up.

Wet the sponge applicator with a few drops of water before applying the dark blue shade to the upper and lower lash lines. Continue by applying the shade to the outer corner of the eyelid and blend.
