Current Employment Opportunities:

For our Sales department, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), which is a full time, permanent position. Reporting directly into the VP of Sales, this role has the responsibility of the field sales force for the Ontario and Western Canada regions. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to mentor through experience and knowledge-based directions, and also demonstrate excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. The RSM is responsible for ensuring the plans are executed at retail in the most effective and efficient manner.

Are you who we are looking for? The selected candidate will have to:
  • Cascade the corporate objective to the field sales team in a concise and results oriented fashion;
  • Develop and deliver initiatives on budgets to support business plan;
  • Coach and lead Territory Managers (approx. 10) in identifying and closing account development opportunities, as well as executing employee development;
  • Track individual performance against team objectives;
  • Be responsible for the day to day interface with the sales operations department;
  • Create a productive work environment through effective communication;
  • Participate in recruiting, training and development of Territory Managers;
  • Hold regular meetings and ensure proper follow up.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • 7 to 10 years experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software and comfortable in a computerized environment;
  • Strong analytical skills, orientation to detail, leadership and management skills.
Someone who is:
  • Results driven, and has strong sense of accountability for objectives;
  • Self Reliant – able to trouble shoot to establish corrective action;
  • Persistent, positive and a team player.
