Add a few drops of water and the colour gets a boost of vibrancy for instant drama. Its super-fine colour pigments are processed with silicone and designed to dissolve immediately when in contact with water. Once dry, the shade returns to its original aspect without turning caky or hard.
Enriched with vitamin E to protect delicate eyelids from the harsh effects of free radicals, it is also hypo-allergenic and perfume-free.

If you want a richer and more vibrant shade, moisten sponge applicator with a few drops of water then dip applicatior directly into dry colour. Blend until a smooth paste is obtained.
Don't have your eyeliner close at hand? No worries! Eye shadow used wet can be a great substitute. Apply colour with an angled eye shadow brush for a more accurate application. To reproduce the effect of a smoky kohl liner, use the tip of a sponge applicator to line your eyes.
